Hello there! My name is Nataly, and I currently work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Before getting into personal training, I completed a business degree at university, and then went on to work an office job for a couple of years.

Throughout my studies, and especially later at my office job, I noticed that spending most of my day sitting in a chair staring at a screen wasn’t doing me any good. I had frequent headaches and back pain and felt tired and sluggish overall.

I’d always been into fitness, and often noticed that dragging myself to the gym after work would make my headaches go away and would just make me feel better overall. Because fitness really interested me and was helping me feel better, I wanted to learn more about it and decided to obtain several fitness qualifications while still working at the office full time.

After completing my fitness education, I decided to take the leap, quit my job and start fresh in the fitness world. Now, my job requires me to be very active and on my feet all day, but I know that for most people, that’s not the case.

Many of us have office jobs, and with technology progressing quickly, I believe that our work culture will be moving more and more into the direction of more sedentary and fewer physically active jobs.

Now we all know that our bodies weren’t made to sit all day, and living inactive lifestyles can be detrimental to our health and wellbeing. That’s why I started this page. I know that life can get extremely busy, and it’s hard to make fitness a priority when your job requires you to sit and you don’t have much time outside of work.
