This watermelon based drink is great as a healthy refreshment on a hot day!
Ingredients (makes 2 glasses):
2 handfuls cut-up watermelon
5 leaves fresh basil
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 ice cubes
1 cup water
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with basil or a wedge of lime and serve quickly; it tastes best cold!
