This one is a great alternative to berry yogurt smoothies if you can’t/ don’t want to have dairy!
Ingredients (makes 2 glasses):
4 heaped tablespoons silken tofu
1 1/2 cups frozen berries of choice (I used raspberries & blueberries)
3 fresh dates
1 cup water
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a few berries and serve.
