Great to enjoy at home or on the go, you can prepare this breakfast parfait the night before, so all you have to do in the morning when you’re short on time is grab it out of the fridge.
Ingredients (serves one):
- Yogurt (unflavoured), 6-8 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon carob powder (cacao powder can be used instead)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Oats, 6 tablespoons
- Berries (I used red currants and raspberries), two handfuls
- Dark chocolate
Instructions: Wash the berries and put them aside. Then mix the yogurt with the carob powder, the vanilla powder and the honey. Layer the carob yogurt mixture, the oats and the berries into a glass (best with a lid), starting with the yogurt and finishing with the berries. Top with a few squares of dark chocolate and enjoy!
