“Pina Colada” smoothie

What could be better in winter than a little reminder of the flavours of summer? And what drink could accomplish that better than the Pina Colada with its exotic coconut and pineapple flavours?

This smoothie creation is alcohol free, but still has all the flavours of the popular summer cocktail. Try it!

Ingredients (makes 2 glasses):

1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, but without added sugar if canned)

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water

4 ice cubes

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish the glass with a pineapple slice if you like.
