When you try this, just make sure to use lavender that’s specifically marked for consumption! This smoothie is more refreshing than sweet, but if you prefer it a little bit sweeter, you can add some honey.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup cucumber pieces
1/2 teaspoon CULINARY dried lavender
1 cup water
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you need to sweeten the smoothie, you can use a little bit of honey.
