6 glute exercises for beginners

When we sit a lot, our glute muscles can get weak, which can lead to postural issues and even pain if the problem is not addressed.

  1. Glute bridges
  2. Donkey kicks
  3. Fire hydrants
  4. Squats
  5. Sumo squats
  6. Static lunges
