Dumbbell only full body workout

The only thing you’ll need for this whole body workout is a pair of dumbbells. If you don’t have any, grab two water bottles or anything else that you have lying around your house. Do 10-15 reps for each exercise for 1-3 rounds!

 

Legs, glutes, shoulders and arms:

 

Chest, triceps and core (can also be done on knees to make it easier):
