If you like chocolate ice cream, you need to try this recipe! It’s dairy and refined sugar free and tastes like the real deal. Apart from that, it’s also very easy to make and doesn’t require an ice cream maker. There’s nothing stopping you!
Ingredients (for 2 big or 4 small portions):
1 medium avocado
7 heaped tablespoons coconut cream (the solid part from a can of coconut milk)
8 small fresh dates
2 tablespoons cacao powder
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a container that’s suitable for freezing, and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, depending on your freezer temperature. It’s ready when it’s frozen fairly solid, but still soft enough to scoop out.
Serve with fruit or by itself!
