Berry crunch dark chocolate bark

Do you love chocolate? Yeah, me too. But I also don't love buying chocolate and seeing sugar as the first listed ingredient.

Apart from that, it always feels great to make something completely from scratch. Have you ever tried making your own chocolate? If not, give this recipe a try and let me know what you think!

Protein packed chickpea cookie dough

Cookie dough is the ultimate comfort food. And it's usually high in refined sugar and refined flour. Although it's absolutely possible to enjoy treats like that occasionally and still reach your fitness goals, I've always enjoyed creating "healthified" versions of my favourite "treat" foods. Just because it's fun! The chickpeas in this recipe give you a good amount of plant based protein, and all the sweetness comes from just five fresh dates.

Healthy banana hot chocolate

There's nothing quite like a warming cup of hot chocolate when it's cold outside. Unfortunately, most store bought hot chocolate powders are packed with added sugar which, as we know, isn't exactly great for our health. As an alternative, you can try the hot chocolate recipe below which uses banana and dates for sweetening!

Avocado chocolate mousse

Now I'm not saying that this is a new idea or that I invented this one; it's been around forever! The reason I'm still posting this recipe is that it's one of my absolute favourites, and it will also be used as part of other recipes that I will be posting later on, so you can look this one up for reference.
