I’ve been enjoying experimenting with silken tofu lately, so I’m coming at you with another awesome tofu-based dessert. If you like it sweet and spicy (and refined sugar free!), this recipe is for you!
As you probably know, I’m a big fan of easy and quick no-fuss recipes, so you’ll be able to whip this up in no time!
Ingredients (serves 4):
400g (1 pack) silken tofu
10 fresh, soft dates
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency (until no date pieces remain).
Serve with walnuts and baked or fresh apple, and enjoy!
