Wake-up energy smoothie

Make yourself this smoothie whenever you need a quick and energizing breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

1 small cup of coffee (cooled down)

1 small banana

1/2 cup almond milk (or any other milk)

2 teaspoons cashew butter

2 soft dates

1 tablespoon chia seeds

4 ice cubes

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy at home or on the go!
