Fun jump rope HIIT cardio workout

Using a jump rope is my favourite way to do cardio. It’s fun, quick, effective and never boring. Try this workout if you have a jump rope and a little bit of space!

  • 2-3 rounds
  • 30 seconds work/ 30 seconds break each move or 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds break for more of a challenge

 

Jogging

 

Normal jumps

 

Twist jumps

 

High knees

 

Criss-cross

 

Jumping jacks

 

Burpees

 

One-legged jumps
