Using a jump rope is my favourite way to do cardio. It’s fun, quick, effective and never boring. Try this workout if you have a jump rope and a little bit of space!
- 2-3 rounds
- 30 seconds work/ 30 seconds break each move or 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds break for more of a challenge

High knees
Criss-cross
Jumping jacks
Burpees
One-legged jumps
