Outdoor bench workout

If you’re like me and sometimes, when the weather is nice, just prefer being outside, try this outdoor bench workout! You won’t need any equipment except the bench and your own body.

I’d recommend doing this workout as a circuit with minimal rest between exercises and 1-2 minutes rest between circuits.

Do 10-15 repetitions of each exercise for 2-3 rounds!


Bench jumps


Diagonal mountain climbers




Push ups


Split squats


Dynamic side plank


Same side arm and leg lifts on all fours


Try it, and see how good it feels to get the benefits of some sun and fresh air while you get your movement in!
