Spicy bean bread spread

Today, I have another quick blender recipe for you to spice up what’s left of your Monday!


1 can kidney beans drained (ca. 250g drained)

5 tablespoons canned sweetcorn (drained)

4 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (depending on how spicy you like it)

salt + pepper to taste



Put all the ingredients except the sweetcorn in a blender and blend until smooth. Then, move the mixture to a bowl and mix in the sweetcorn using a spoon. Serve with bread or as a dip!
