This might be the easiest recipe I’ve posted yet, but what’s better than getting a delicious breakfast, snack or dessert without doing much work for it? Give these banana wraps a try and see how good simplicity can taste.
1 wholegrain flatbread or tortilla
1 banana (peeled)
1 tablespoon nut butter (I used almond)
1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder
Spread the nut butter on the flatbread/ tortilla, sprinkle the cacao powder on the nut butter, place the banana in the middle of the flatbread/ tortilla and roll it up into a wrap. Then, place the wrap in the oven and bake at 150°C for 5-10 minutes; until the flatbread/ tortilla turns crispy and the banana turns soft and gooey. Enjoy!
